John Lewis and ESL’s

John Lewis has a reputation for outstanding quality and innovation and is at the forefront of delivering a first class omnichannel strategy. As part of this strategy, John Lewis chose to trial our NetTickIT® software with DisplayData’s ESL technology to automate frequently changing price and product information in-store, enabling Partners to deliver the high quality customer service on which John Lewis’ reputation has been built. This delivered compliance between the point of sale and the shelf edge. Our NetTickIT® software added functionality including data analysis, calculations, formatting and previewing of the output.

The trial covered 300 SKUs in the consumer electronics department of the John Lewis Exeter branch, including free-standing, table-top and perimeter prong merchandise for four months.
